SUNDAY-THURSDAY: $720 per night
FRIDAY & SATURDAY: $750 per night
+$190 cleaning fee (one time)
100% of all fees due at time of booking
All sales are subject to a 13.62% occupancy tax (required by the State of Utah)
Holidays may have a higher rate and/or require 4 night minimum stay.
10-15% discount when you stay with us 8 or more nights.
Special events are subject to a higher rate.
CANCELATION POLICY
50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date
20% refund if cancelled within 30 days of check-in date

Check-in: 4:00 PM (early check-in requires owner's prior approval)
Check-out: 11:00 AM (late check-out requires owner's prior approval)

This 3,200 square foot beautiful home offers fabulous, panoramic views of the West Temple, Watchman and more. There are 6 guestrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite, which covers the entire upper level of the house, has two queen sized beds, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The main level has three guestrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom plus a separate 1/2 bathroom. A spacious kitchen with an open-floor plan and easy access to large deck. Great for entertaining groups. The lower level has 2 guestrooms each with full sized beds, a bathroom, and a large playing area for kids. A separate laundry room is also located at the lower level. The spacious layout and privacy make this home a perfect place for families and large groups.
